Overview

Owelo helps a host create a shared plan and invite members to pay their share. Owelo facilitates cost splitting and payment collection; it is not the provider of any underlying subscription or content.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into recurring billing agreements and you agree to provide accurate information.

Recurring payments (Apple Pay / Stripe)

• Renewal term: Monthly (or as shown in-app) until canceled.
• What you receive each period: continued access to the plan’s shared cost arrangement and tracking inside the app.
• Charges: each member is billed the share shown before confirming payment.
• How to cancel: hosts can cancel a plan in the app; members can leave a plan in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Hosts and members

• Hosts configure the plan price and invite members.
• Members authorize recurring charges for their share and are responsible for keeping payment methods valid.
• Owelo doesn’t mediate disputes between hosts and members beyond standard support.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds are handled case-by-case subject to processor rules and applicable law. Contact support.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Owelo to violate third-party terms, share unlawful content, or engage in fraud. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owelo isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits; in those cases the limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
